Hotel muito bom, restaurante maravilhoso e refeições maravilhosas. Atendimento impecável e excelente. Mas um hotel desse porte interditar a piscina para reforma em pleno calor escaldante, na única capital do nordeste que não tem praia. E pior não avisar os hóspedes isso foi demais para nós e outros hóspedes que foram até ríspidos com os funcionários que nada poderiam fazer. Achei uma imensa falta de consideração com os hóspedes e com as agências que fazem as indicações dos hotéis. Eu só reservei por conta da piscina e ficamos frustrados infelizmente.

Madrugada da véspera para o dia de Natal., por volta da 01:00, fomos surpreendidos com a falta d’água no banheiro do quarto. A recepção nos informou que o “problema com a bomba já tinha sido resolvido” e que deveríamos aguardar, por 10 minutos, que a água iria retornar. Aguardamos por mais de 1 hora e nada de água. Manhã de Natal (08:00) e nada de água. A recepção informou que “imprevistos acontecem e que eles não tem como prever”. Eu lhes disse que um hotel com quase 150 quartos não pode ter apenas um bomba, “quem tem uma, não tem nenhuma”. Mudei de hotel e não recomento.

Bem localizado, ao lado da igreja católica São Benedito (a mais visitado de Teresina), farmácia, mercado e avenida de fácil acesso a diversas regiões da cidade. Há um bom atendimento, café da manhã super variado e de qualidade. Hotel todo climatizado, que para Teresina e um diferencial devido a cidade ser muito quente. Altamente recomendado.

O hotel é muito antigo. Não há investimento em melhorias ou reformas. O quarto embora amplo tem não só a aparência de sujo mas estava sujo. No segundo dia, pedi para que limpassem o chão assim foi atendido. Chuveiro bom, porém muito antigo e aparentemente sem manutenção.

Hotel pelo seu porte, pelo valor da diária e ainda cobra 1/2 diária se chegar antes das 12h.. dizem que o sistema não aceita a inclusão. Lamentável ! Precisa se modernizar e nos seus concorrentes diretos, permite.
