Sconsiglio vivamente questo luogo a chiunque desideri trascorrere una serata piacevole. Il proprietario si è rivelato estremamente MOLESTO, VOLGARE e MALEDUCATO . La sua mancanza di rispetto verso i clienti rovina completamente l'esperienza. Inoltre, durante la nostra visita, siamo state aggredite verbalmente da lui. Prima di questo episodio spiacevole, la barista, apparentemente stremata, ci ha ordinato di preparare i nostri drink in modo che potesse prendersi una pausa. Nonostante la sua totale MANCANZA DI PROFESSIONALITÀ, abbiamo cercato di capirla e venirle incontro. Piuttosto che aggredire le sue clienti donne e insultarle davanti a tutti, il proprietario dovrebbe semplicemente rivedere il suo staff e anche il suo stesso posto.

Struttura che ammette animali ma con il cane non sei autorizzato a consumare la colazione con gli altri ospiti! Ci hanno fatto accomodare fuori al freddo con 12 gradi. Al check out ti fanno pure pagare 15 euro di supplemento per il cane!!!! Inaccettabile! Peccato perché la struttura è curata, pulita e la colazione ottima! Consiglio di avvertire la clientela al check in di tali limitazioni.

Ottimo hotel, nuovo, moderno, dotato di tutti i comfort. L'ideale per staccare dallo stress della vita quotidiana. Essendo fuori dal centro di Bolzano (circa 6/7 km), immerso nella natura, rappresenta veramente un oasi di pace e tranquillita. Colazione varia e abbondante. Splendida la zona SPA, unico neo, la piscina sul terazzo riscaldata era chiusa e in reatauro. Avrei gradito essere informata al momento della prenotazione perché compromette notevolmente l'area wellness, soprattutto per chi come me, ama l'idromassaggio. Magari avrei posticipato la data del week end. Il mio giudizio rimane assolutamente positivo, malgrado sia dispiaciuta di non avere usufruito di questo servizio, piuttosto esclusivo nella zona e che aveva attirato il mio interesse per la struttura.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel perché ero a Bolzano per lavoro. La camera era molto ampio a, moderna e il letto veramente comodo La colazione valore aggiunto. Non è la solita colazione di un hotel a 4 stelle ma più buona con prodotti locali. Tornerei magari spero di aver più tempo per godermi anche la spa
