The worst experience of my life. Very bad hotel. I never recommend staying in this hotel. The staff does not have the lowest standards of hotel services. It is very old, the furniture is worn out, and the air conditioning does not work.

Girişten bir gün önce rezervasyon ( sitedeki numarayı arayarak) yapmama rağmen otel vardığımda (ben ve 11 ve 12 yaşında biri oğlum diğeri yeğenim birlikte gittik ) bayan olmadan almıyoruz dediler ilk şokum oldu bu ama büz daha önce geldik dedim yine iki çocuk iki yetişkin erkek. Kurallar değişti dedi peki dün rezervasyon yaptık dedim taaa ist dan geliyorum dedim yok maalesef dedi ben Chefim sektörden biriyim böyle olmaz dedim müdürü aradı telefonda konuştum ancak ikna oldu bey efendi bu sefer çocuklarla yetişkinler aynı üçret dedi ama bu da daha önce farklıydı ki daha önce dediğim bir ay önce bu da o sistemde değişti dedi havuz için Yalova’da 3 kişi 2250 ödedik havlu bile zorla alarak çocukların haber yok onlar takılıyor hevesleri kırılmasın diye ısrar ettim ama berbatsınız yapmayın bu işi bırakın rezilsiniz

The food is soo delicious Employee are soo kind with me. I enjoy the pool, sauan, hamam. I liked fitness too, because has all the necessary equipment. Mini club is beautifully. The hotel have biliardo and ping pong table that are I enjoy the most.

Öncelikle Otel çok güzel odalar temiz gösterişli ancak içi boş odalar,koridorlar,lobi,yemekhane hatta spa bölümü bile soğuk evet termal otel ama soğuk. spa bölümünden odaya gidene kadar donuyorsunuz odaya vardığınızda sadece tek bir klima ile ısıtılmaya çalışan odada da ısınma şansınız yok otelde genel bir ısı**a sorunu mevcut. havlu sıkıntısı var 45 dk havlu bekledim kendi havlu ve bornozunuz ile gi**eniz gerek yeterli havlu yok erkeklerin hamam kısmı çok küçük sauna ve buhar odası yeterli spa bölümü yeterince temiz değil yine ortak alanda bulunan havuz ve termal havuz alanı çok soğuk otelde genel olarak girişte çok ilgililer ancak sonrasında kimse sizi tanımıyor oda servisinden yemek söyledik nakit mi kredi kartı mı diye sordular odaya dedik size olmaz dediler olması için ne yapılması gerek diye çıkışta sordum bön bön suratıma baktılar. ben birdaha gi**em gideni de göndermem

internetten bulduğum, 2 gece 3 gün konakladığım otel, gün boyu devre mülk almaya gelen insanlar koridorlarda geziyor,sürekli olarak otel içinde gezinen insanlara tanıtımlar yapılıyor, akşam üzeri pat diye odama girilip 'pardon oda boş zannettik' dendi, 3 gün boyunca konaklama ücretimin faturasını alamadım, yemekleri aşırı berbat, bir gün önce kalan yemekleri yarının çorbası oluyor, spa servisine gittiğinizde asla havlu bulunmuyor, gerçekten diyorum bu otelin önünden dahi geçmeyin

Very clean and great facilities but disappointed that the gym and pools didn't open until 10am.
