Rooms are really huge and spacious, which I think is the best thing about this place. The hotel location is also good, despite not being quite near city center, there are paths and museums walkable. WiFi worked well in the lobby but zero in your room. Restaurant was adequate for breakfast and dinner. Rooms and common spaces appear clean.

Mi è piaciuta la tranquillità dell’albergo. Personale gentile - Le camere semplici, pulite e silenziose . alla reception Un mappamondo davvero molto bello e particolare . Colazione e cena abbondanti- pur essendo un albergo modesto , si sta molto bene

Estamos realizando un tour por Uzbekistan, en hoteles de gama media (4 estrellas, y algunos de 3). Hasta ahora todos han cumplido las expectativas excepto dos: Silk Road hotel (Kokand) y Meridian en Termez. Las habitaciones son amplias, pero faltan detalles básicos y baratos, que darían satisfacción al cliente: - Una habitación doble en la que sólo había artículos de aseo, toallas y zapatillas para uno. Hemos tenido que pedirlo todo en recepción. -No hay facilidades en la habitación para hacerse un te o un café. En recepción nos han dicho que lo pidamos por servicio de habitaciones (pagando, claro!). Estos detalles valen muy poco, pero los clientes lo agradecemos. Del grifo del lavabo solo sale agua caliente. En general, aunque el baño está remodelado, tiene detalles que reflejan el escaso mantenimiento del mismo. La cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado funciona bien.
