Tutto ok come sempre, ho soggiornato anche l’anno scorso per la stessa ragione, ossia sport in zona, gentilissimo il personale, ci andremo anche il prossimo anno in occasione dell’evento moto trip di Terni; colazione ottima, da rifare. Grazie

Veramente un hotel di basso livello, camere onestamente non presentabili per un 4 stelle: ventola del bagno che dopo tot tempo ha iniziato a fare un rumoraccio che temevo si fosse rotta, buchi nell’intonaco, tapparella elettrica ma che si ferma ad 1.50 m di altezza e sei costretto ad abbassarti, anche farsi una doccia é stato snervante. Ristorante nella struttura, ma nulla di che. Ultima perla sono le tessere magnetiche delle camere che sono smagnetizzate e si é quindi costretti ad usare il chiavone stile anni 80 che poi puntualmente bisogna lasciare giù in reception se non si vuole portarsi in giro 1 kg di chiave. Unico punto a favore é stata la palestra, che per essere un hotel ho trovato apprezzabile e che mi evita di mettere 1 stella. Cercate di dare una rinfrescata alle camere e sistemare questi “dettagli”

Cercavo un hotel per una notte causa lavoro in zona e ho provato questo Hotel attratto dalle 4 stelle e dalle recensioni (visto che mi serviva anche un ristorante). I punti a favore sono il personale cortese e gentile ed il comodo parcheggio molto utile (peraltro gratuito). Le camere invece le ho trovate molto buie e datate e con scarsa insonorizzazione. La struttura ha anch'essa necessità di un esteso restauro. Ci sono mura rotte e sporche un pò ovunque (ad eccezione della reception). Il Ristorante è da evitare. Ho ordinato un filetto di maiale con contorno di patate, ed ho avuto patate con contorno di maiale (3 pezzettini di maiale a mala pena visibili) a fronte di un prezzo tutt'altro che modico. Le patate peraltro erano fredde e non cotte al momento. Francamente cercherò un altra soluzione se mi troverò in zona Terni.

Albergo comodissimo alla stazione ferroviaria, parcheggio interrato molro comodo, personale della reception cordiale e disponibile per informazionisul luogo! Le camere, parquet e mobilio si vede che non è nuovo, ma molto pulito. Comodo anche il ristorante presente al 5° piano.

Ho prenotato tramite trivavago per due notti per i miei genitori con tariffa non rimborsabile, con bottiglia di spumante, volevo fare una carineria. Il giorno della partenza mio padre mi dice che non è saldato il conto. Mi faccio passare l’ operatore e mi dice che non hanno salvato la transazione, gli do al telefono i dati della carta per risolvere la situazione. Assurdo, mi sembra di essere tornato agli anni 90, quando si usava dettare la carta al telefono… Veramente una gran brutta figura per una struttura che pensavo fosse una delle migliori gran disorganizzazione. In più ho dovuto ricordare della bottiglia in camera. Pessimi.

Esperienza piacevole, personale molto cortese. Attentissimi al cliente. Sicuramente quando tornerò a Terni sarò di nuovo ospite da loro. Attenti anche alle esigenze dei bambini. Locali pulitissimi. Unica piccola pecca la temperatura delle stanze un po altina per essere dicembre.

Hotel con eccellente localizzazione, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, a pochi minuti dal centro storico e diverse caffè e ristoranti in piacevole passeggiata, ambiente tranquillo, staff amabile, colazione molto buona.
