WE hebben hier twee nachten geslapen en de kamers zijn oké. Wat oudbollig en douchen in bad. Het ontbijt is wel heerlijk. De omelet wordt op bestelling gemaakt en voldoende brood, fruit etc. Vanaf hier heb je alles op loopafstand. Erg vriendelijk personeel en er is ook een bar/restaurant

From the moment we arrived, every one of our needs was met by the incredibly helpful and professional staff. Our rooms were spotless and our every need looked after. The location was ideal for walking around town to local gift shops or restaurants and yet there was plenty of parking for cars right there too.

The water on the other hand .. when taking a shower it was hot /cold... never stayed the same and no water pressure

This hotel has been a feature of Terrace for years and was always looked at at the hotel. Unfortunately with growth in the area especially LNG related there was a major growth in new hotel construction. So level of finish / new features beats the hotel. I am a BW members and try to stay at BW hotels. The price was spot on vs. the other hotels. If the prices had all been the same the choice may have been different.

The fan in room for
Heat was too loud and n heat I slept with my coat and hat on it was so cold I told the staff before sleeping they came and checked but it was so loud I turned it off overal and it was so cold
Instantly it’s January it’s freezing out already rooms should not be as cold as outside
