I had a nice, clean facility and friendly staff, compliments for everything about the restaurant from the staff to the excellent food

The hotel is showing its age. You couldn't really expect much for the price. So we should have known what to expect. We relied on the 4 stars and good reviews. Overall, the price-performance ratio was OK. But 4 stars are not always 4 stars. Positive: - Friendly staff - The cleaning ladies really did their best to keep things clean. - Fresh bar of soap every day - Nice and clean pool - Right on the beach - Breakfast was OK. Almost only sweets. Toilets didn't smell good. Negative: - Bathroom: Extremely worn and sometimes moldy. Shower is very small. Shower partition was brown/black at the bottom. Sometimes less and sometimes more water came out of the shower head. Shower hose was rusty. Toilet bowl was brown at the back. Toilet seat hung crookedly on the bowl. Sitting on it would slip. The faucet was no longer silver everywhere. There was a lot of verdigris blooming from the aerator. The exhaust opening was the most disgusting thing, along with the black, moldy slats of the air conditioning. We don't know if it was dust flowers or flowering mushrooms on the exhaust. Room: - Minibar hardly cooled. - Air conditioning can only be controlled from reception, despite the controls on the wall. On the first evening I used the fuse in the room to turn it off. In the middle of the night we got a call saying we had turned off the air conditioning in the entire hotel. 😱

First time at this property. Largely positive experience. Large room for three people although the furnishings would deserve a restyling but they appear to be functional. Cleanliness is more than good both in the rooms and in the common areas, the staff responsible for this service are always friendly. External architectural structure with a seventies style but well maintained. Great added value is the truly top-notch culinary offer, something not to be taken for granted in other facilities I have visited in recent years, compliments without any ifs or buts. Widely satisfying breakfast, both sweet and savory. Pool area managed with great attention, seriousness, courtesy on the part of the staff, the lawn adjacent to the pool is excellently maintained. The structure has a SPA available, the associated services of which I did not use but whoever was with me spoke highly of it. Special mention to whoever manages the dining room, Marco, courteous, extremely helpful, attentive to customers like all the staff. The first one was good

I highly recommend it, a comfortable room, a well-kept and very clean swimming pool, 30 meters from the sea and above all the restaurant, all delicious, various side dishes in a delicious buffet, I will definitely return

Miserables und eigentlich gar kein Service! W-LAN existiert nicht,- auf die Beanstandung an der Rezeption wird unfreundlich und ohne Interesse reagiert! Steckdosenadapter muss man sich aus einem Kübel an der Rezeption selber suchen! Frühstück miserabel, jeden Morgen das gleiche, Sonderwünsche nicht möglich, wenn man die allmorgendliche kalte, gelbgefärbte Eierspeise beanstandet, wird die Aufwärmung in der Mikrowelle angeboten- eine andere Alternative gibt es nicht! Am Pool wird man vom „ Life Guard“, der im Übrigen auch für den Poolservice zuständig sein soll, angeschnauzt, wenn man den Liegestuhl nicht wieder an den Platz stellt! Zudem ist dieser nur ansprechbar, wenn er nicht gerade in tiefgründige Gespräche mit neapolitanischen GästInnen ist! Zimmer sind ordentlich, aber veraltet- wenn man Glück hat sauber! Duschkabine so eng, dass sich ein Normalgewichtiger ( BMI 24) nicht umdrehen kann! Das Personal zudem insgesamt überheblich und arrogant! Im Restaurant teilweise sogar prepotent! Corona Maßnahmen: bei der Ankunft wird trottolos versucht, die Temperatur zu messen, Thermometer funktioniert nicht, sonst wird nach nichts gefragt! Im gesamten Hotelbereich- trotz schön gepflegtem Garten( der einzige von mir vergebene Stern ist eben der Garten) gibt es nur 5 Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien- da natürlich keine Bedienung! Am Abend um 23:00 ist Schluss- keine Getränke verfügbar! Publikum: Italiener- Pensionisten und Familien mit vielen Kindern....
