Good location ( 10 minutes walk to Rambla), clean and spacious room. The only problem was the internet connection, not so good.

En el hotel todo fantástico, íbamos con nuestro pequeño carlino que fue acogido en el hotel como uno más de la familia con un pack de bienvenida con unas chucherías, un juguetito, y una bolsa para los excrementos. Las habitaciones eran amplias y estaban limpias, en nuestro caso íbamos con una habitación tipo suite y con una habitación triple, las dos perfectas. El desayuno no era muy variado, pero había comida en abundancia hasta la hora del cierre. El parking en hotel es todo un acierto, las plazas son amplias y es cubierto.

La peor experiencia y un trato vejatorio. Teniamos una reserva hecha y pagada. Cuando fuimos hacer el checking yo tenia el carnet físico y mi pareja tenia el carnet digital, y en foto, Le ofrecimos envi****lo por email, para nuestra sorpresa el recepcionista nos dice que no la dejarà pasar, que pasaba solo yo o que perdieramos la reserva y el dinero. Despues de intentar dialogar con él y hacerle entender que no teníamos otro sitio donde ir y que su actitud estàba siendo nefasta, perplejos quisimos grabar un àudio con sus explicaciones para poder ir hacer la reclamació pertinente donde fuera, Le arrancó el mòbil de las manos a mi pareja de forma agresiva como si encima le fuera a pegar y se puso a gritar fuera de si. Llamamos a los mossos y le quisieron hacer entender que con la foto del dni o el carnet de conducir por la app DGT era un documento oficial. Con semejante personaje atendiendo naturalmente nos tuvimos que ir. Un verdadero desastre. Pedimos el libro de reclamaciones y pondremos una denúncia en lo OCU, para que nos devuelvan los 180 € de la habitación, planteandonos pedir daños y perjuicios.

Estuve 4 días por trabajo y me trataron de maravilla. Me dio pena irme. Las instalaciones son de primera. Se adaptaron a todas mis necesidades. Como hice la reserva con tiempo me adecuaron un menú vegano con los platos que me gustan. Todos muy atentos y amables.

Nice and comfortable hotel located at walking distance from Terrassa downtown. Helpful and friendly staff at the lobby. Excellent attention and customer care in both the restaurant and bar. Strongly recommended.
