A more unprofessional reception/ breakfast staff you won’t find. I’ll be brief. Tried to check in at 3, didn’t get my room until 4.45. The coffee machine, fridge, and microwave didn’t work. I found it was the electrical socket they were plugged in to was at fault, not the appliances. The air con unit wouldn’t turn off. On leaving, I told the man on reception what I had found, and he evidently didn’t care, as he didn’t write it down nor ask any question. On checking out, the woman asked how was my stay, I replied “not great”….and that was it. No response asking how could things be improved…notion at all. The room decor was really good.

I booked because of the indoor pool as it’s posted and pics show but it was not an inside pool. And I got a knock on my door from a rude neighbor demanding I turn the tv down and it was only on 16.

Everything was great! The only issue we had was no trash bags in the trash cans.
But the employees were great, very professional amd friendly!!! The rooms were very clean!

Breakfast was a big part of choosing this property...but breakfast was a disappointment. Watery microwave eggs, that I watched the staff make and pour water off of them from a pan into the trash. Coffee was bitter and not good. Other than the breakfast...everything else about the stay was EXCELLENT!!!
