Check in was fine. We got to the room and there were a couple of outlets that didn’t have covers, paint was pealing from the ceiling, and chips on the tiles. We had a jacuzzi room and 3 of the 6 jets didn’t work. I had to have maintenance come in and fix the toilet bc it took 20 mins to fill up the tank. Other than that, the bed was ok ( wasn’t the comfiest).

We have stayed all over Terrell and will definitely be back here its clearly not the newest property but it is exceptionally well maintained. I had no compliaint loved the space of the king suite. The beds were comfortable i do wish that the Pillows were a little firmer but that just my personal preference. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked with just enough options for everyone.

Very clean and staff was friendly. Only problem was the noise from I-20 at night. If we stay there again we will ask for a room on the other side.

Complete trash, everything about this place is worthless. I would not return to stay here for free. The desk and receptionist are completely unhelpful. Makes me rethink the entire Un-Quality Inn hotel chain if they allow ownership like this.
