Arrived on New Years Eve after 930pm. No restaurant or bar available. Would not have stayed there if I knew that ahead. Then food area only opens for certain times. Not very festive or accommodating for Holiday Inn. Will not stay at HI again.

Room was very clean and beautiful. I had a top floor king room and it was very nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Lots of food and shopping close by. Free parking, easy and convenient. Liked the property a lot!

The check in process was quick and simple. Parking was a bit tight. Cars were parked haphazardly and space was small. Room was spacious but the room was not as clean. We found a dead roach on the floor, large stain on one of the pillows and hair on the shower wall. There was also an odor in the hallway. Overall the staff was nice.

Excellent hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Had a lovely stay. Came away well rested. Would recommend to anyone in the New Orleans area as it comes with a car park a stones trough from fro t door. We arrived late and it was no problem for the staff to accommodate us.
