Reservamos una habitación para dos personas y en las observaciones pedimos una cama doble. Cuando llegq dos camas individuales de 90 cm. Pedimos que nos la cambiaran por una superior pero nos dijeron que no tenían ninguna disponible. La señora que atendió nos dijo que si hubiéramos pagado 10 euros más podríamos haber conseguido una habitación mejor pero que ahora ya era tarde. Le preguntamos que porqué no nos habían informado y nos respondió no tienen tiempo para responder todas las observaciones. Teniendo en cuenta que pagamos el doble de la tarifa habitual y que estuvimos 4 noches, nos sentimos muy defraudados. Éramos clientes de esta cadena pero no volveremos.

Good Hotel, nice bathroom and beds; just to address : Smoke detection systems are way to brightly with their endless intermitent flash and Air Conditioner/Heater do not have "instructions" so you might have to guess how to make it work for your convenience. Breakfast is good, they even have a small kids area.

We enjoyed our stay with Civera Hotel! Great location to visiting Teruel old town, especially if you’re coming with car which you could have difficulty parking in old town hotel.
Breakfast included in our booking, it was buffet style with excellent food selection.
Stuff was helpful and friendly, we were very pleased with our stay!
