The hot spring had a bit of a smell, but it was good. I'd like to go again.

There are walking trails and mirror marshes nearby the hotel. You can take a stroll before and after checking in. Overall, it is easy for people who do not usually exercise. It is highly recommended. Watching the sunset at dusk is perfect.

There is no elevator, so be mentally prepared to carry your luggage up to the first floor. The waiters are very helpful when you check in. There was no mention of the lack of an elevator when booking, which was a bit out of budget.

The hot springs were great.
They offer free soft drinks, but since many people come just for the day to soak in the hot springs,
I think some people might not like that.
I was able to interact with the locals, so it was a very meaningful trip, and I'm glad I did.

It was a clean inn in a great location.
I stayed here with two meals included, and was very satisfied with the taste and volume of the food!
To get to the beach, you have to go around the perimeter of the building... it felt a bit far💦

The room we stayed in was remodeled into a Western-style room, and the sink was separate from the toilet, so it was very convenient and comfortable. Soft drinks are served in the lobby, and you can see the ocean from the large windows. The large public bath on the second floor has a large window from which you can see the sunset. The unique water is a matter of personal preference. I didn't mind it much while I was in the bath, but I was put off by the smell that had gotten on my body after I got into bed. (I did wash it off, though.) I skipped dinner and only had breakfast, which was very tasty, with a wide variety and large portions.

Other than the hot springs, it's like.... The building is old, but it's clean and the front desk staff are friendly. The food could be a little more tourist-oriented, but it was delicious.

Outside the window you can see a primeval flower garden, the Sea of Japan and Mt. Rishiri Fuji. The sunset is amazing. Dinner was a very delicious course meal. Breakfast was also very delicious with lots of small dishes. I had requested a single room, but I was able to sleep comfortably alone in a double bed room. However, since the window faces west, the room gets very hot due to the setting sun, and even in June it was very hot so I had to use the air conditioner. At night, the futon was thick and it was very hot, which was a problem.
