Made arrangements to arrive after hours and no one was there, nor did the after hours phone number work “incoming calls to this number are restricted.” After an 18 hr drive, booking in advance through *********** and a personal conversation with the hotel that they would stay open until midnight, my partner departed without a room and continued driving at 12:03 am. Couldn’t be more aggravated.
