Such a wonderful hotel in the heart of Tetbury. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and a good size. Staff attend to everything and are very friendly. Excellent food and drinks. From breakfast through to dinner and drinks in the pub, all the staff made me feel "right at home". So warm to feel, when I am 7000 miles away from my home in Vancouver Canada. The Ormond Hotel is a must stay.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Tetbury.Great value,beautifully decorated,outside courtyard garden. But what made it rise above was the superb service,and the best pizza I've ever tasted!

Very comfy night in a well presented room. Good location. Did not really see the staff other than to check in but they were friendly. Alot of noise from above my room at about 23.00 - lots of banging and voices but it is an old building. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again! The bed is so comfy

Beautiful room. Clean and nicely presented. The bathroom is large but the bath was a little dirty looking. Marks on the tub. The bed is sooo comfortable, absolutely amazing! Nice big TV. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have really enjoyed my stay and will be back again

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Its a 3 star hotel with 5 star service and staff go out of their way to engage guests. Food in restaurant was exceptionally good and well above standard expected. Minor problem dealt with in a very professional manner. Right in Tetbury Town centre. Parking just around the corner. Recommend a stay here.

Mixed feelings about this visit. Our 3rd visit but 2nd overnight stay in the last 12 months. Welcomed by a manager and felt appreciated as a guest. Comfortable clean room, what we expected. The bar could be better. Little ambiance and felt it was more suited to a locals pub and hotel guests were a mild inconvenience. Smiles, please and thank you’s have been forgotten. Breakfast was average with no fruit options.
