Estive hospedado no hotel em missão de trabalho. Os serviços do hotel são maravilhosos, desde o ginásio ao pequeno-almoço "ilimitado". Os quartos são bem espaços e organizados, com direito a paisagem excepcional! Recomendaria a todos que quisessem desfrutar num momento de férias, mesmo em missão de trabalho (só que desfruta-se menos devido as correrias do dia-a-dia)

If you are ready to wait for a plate of ordinary food for more than two hours, choose this place. Unacceptable service, arriving around 7:45 pm and placed food orders for dinner before we even dropped off the luggage in the room, to come back before 8 pm and by 10 pm we still never received the food? After numerous attempts to call for a manager… I was told that the ‘manager’ doesn’t pick up the phone. This happened while 3 people from the reception were laughing. Never ever will go back to that place.

Not much - Some staff were friendly.
the pool looked nice but was green and taped off from use. The receptionist was absent at checkout and unresponsive at check in. The place was empty with staff standing around in a group and talking to each other in an empty poorly set up dinning area. I don't think they have done any updating in 5 years.

Great location on the Zambezi River. Staff is really helpful and the food is decent. We had some problems in both bathrooms with plumbing and the showers. Overall, a really good experience.

Muito caro para o serviço que oferece. Os quartos sáo limpos, mas precisam de renovação e pintura. Ocupei um quarto que cheirava à esgoto, especialmente ao fim do dia e à noite. Não sei se os lençois e tolhas eram de cor creme ou se foram brancos e transforam-se em creme. As opções de tv são limitadas. O pequeno almoço é surreal. Não tem o básico. Foi preciso insistir com os empregados para que nos trouxessem pão e água quente para o café. A comida é má, o restaurante é barulhento, para além de não ter boa ventilação. No dia seguinte optei por tomar o pequeno almoço num café relativamente próximo do hotel. Participei num seminário cujo lanche atrasou mais de duas horas. O ar-condicionado da sala de reuniões funcionava mal ou provavelmente tivesse sido desligado várias vezes. Os trabalhadores são simpáticos, mas falta alguma formação. Enfim, é uma pena que um hotel que tenha potencial (infraestrutras e localização) esteja naquele estado.
