The location is ideal. The service is poor. The rooms are clean but need a great deal of maintenance and repair.

Booked two rooms, two nights. Motel has seen better days, but the rooms were clean and the beds fairly comfortable. We booked this motel because it was budget-friendly.But was a bit more low budget than expected. Bring your own toiletries. Towels were very threadbare.
Check-in was a bit awkward due to very thick plexiglass - could not hear the staff member very well.
Overall, if you are aware you are booking low budget motel then there should not be any disappointment.

This was a comfortable last minute reservation due to vehicle troubles & after having dealt with that all day it was nice to check in to a hotel that was clean, comfortable & easy to get in
