The sanitation is not good. There are shoe prints from previous customers on the sheets, and there is a strong smell in the room, which seems to be used to overshadow another smell. The bathroom sink and other equipment are outdated. Air conditioning refrigerator is ok. It is very close to telling and convenient for transit.

The smoke detectors in all the rooms had been disabled. Our concerns were met with shoulder shrugs. "We were safe because we had a non-smoking room." The furnishings are old and filthy. None of the fridges worked. The faucet in the bathroom fell apart when I turned on the water. You could not sit on the toilet because the seat was hanging by one screw. The breakfast consisted of a plate with miniature muffins...

Old worn out place, sheet rock dust all over the bathroom, Door didn’t open. Or close properly , we had to lift up on the door to open or close. Stains on the sheets and blankets. Had we seen that when we got there we would have left, it was late, we are senior citizens traveling with a friend, we were exhausted. It was awful

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, cleanliness or lack thereof was a big issue - the bathroom-toilet need to be completely redone: dirty, moldy, old. The sheets had stains and holes.

Elevator was not working but the staff did turn it on for us for our elderly family members to use but had to turn it off. The hotel rooms were not the cleanest and one of the rooms in our group had bugs in the bed.

Paint was pealing, mold on tiles, bathtub was dripping and was stained/pealed off. Did not feel comfortable using the shower.
