I stayed in this hotel for one night, the room smelled and was mold everywhere, there was cobwebs in the room, the beds were small and uncomfortable, unqualified staff and the price was high for such horrible room 80€ without invoice and that means fraud!

Durante la festa dell'ultimo dell'anno ho perso l'orologio. Successivamente ho contattato via email l'hotel ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. A causa di problemi con il riscaldamento ci hanno fatto soggiornare in un hotel a circa 15Km di distanza; per lo spostamento verso il nuovo hotel doveva passare un'auto circa ogni 60 minuti ma invece è passato solo una volta un autobus.

Sono stata ieri sera ultimo dell'anno e....mai più! Sono arrivata in anticipo il park asfaltato mi dicono è completo mi mandano avanti in mezzo alla terra e fango ...immaginate pioveva...immaginate con scarpe da ultimo mi son rifiutata dicendo che se è inutile che prendano prenotazioni se non hanno il posto macchina decente...per entrare occorreva aprire l'ombrello anche sotto la tettoia...mi mandano nella sala del gran buffet ...buia...chiedo ai camerieri manco sapevano cos'era la pietanza esposta...arriva il momento di bere...lo stesso....non sapevano nulla...trovata la macchina erogratrice....premo il pulsante e schizza acqua dappertutto compresa me...tant'è che poco dopo son passati i camerieri con un tappeto per asciugare lacqua a terra...alle 22 finita la cena decido di spostarmi in altre sale per ballare e mi accorgo che siamo blindati fino a mezzanotte...di tante feste mai vista una cosa del genere!

Arrivato ore 20. Alla reception la signorina millantava di non avere ricevuto la prenotazione da ******* e che pertanto la camera non era pronta. Dopo mie lamentele alla fine mi comunica che non avevano camere disponibili, quindi non solo non era pronta ma non c'era proprio la camera.
Unica nota positiva è che ci ha trovato lei una sistemazione in hotel vicino con il quale collaborano ... assomigli molto a pratica di overbooking già vista

Se ci fosse meno di una stella, la darei. Mai stata in un albergo più sporco di questo. Quattro stelle?? Le avete comprate. Peli, capelli e polvere ovunque che sembra la stanza non venga pulita da un anno. Un odore insopportabile da stantio nel bagno. Colazione abbastanza misera per avere 4 stelle, e no, non siamo venuti a farla dopo l'orario suggerito. Bellissima la tettoia all'entrata, la plastica è tutto un buco, da cambiare.. direi. Effetto scenografico tipo cascata dato dalle pioggie del giorno prima. Alla modica cifra di 87 euro per una notte. Una vergogna di hotel!

Inizio col dire che il soggiorno in questo hotel e stato un disastro fin dall' inizio. Hotel datato e sporco. La piscina ha ricevuto i controlli dell'ASL durante il nostro soggiorno ed è stata chiusa x mezza giornata perché non ritenuta idonea all' utilizzo. (Senza Parole) Ci avevano detto che nelle serate del 14 e 15 agosto ci sarebbe stata musica a bordo piscina, bè in realtà c'era un ******. Ci siamo sentiti a disagio. In quelle notti l'hotel era pieno di ragazzi che parlavano e urlavano fino a notte fonda. Non è stata una vacanza ma uno strazio. La reception che se ne fregava nonostante sentissero il baccano continuo. Il tessuto delle sedie della sala della colazione puzzava di vecchio Le luci soffuse nascondevano lo un imbarazzante sudiciume che persiste da tempo. Ho avuto solo il coraggio di prendere un cornetto e un caffè. Potrei raccontare ancora molto del disagio che abbiamo provato. Ma mi fermo col dire Che Tristezza! Ah un'ultima cosa guardate la foto in allegato.....Se andate e ancora lì

Camera molto al di sotto delle aspettative,qualità molto scarsa per un quattro stelle!!!Sopratutto il bagno,finizioni indecorose,materiali rovinati e mal puliti. Copriletto bruciato da sigarette. 150 Euro per una famiglia di 4 persone a notte....

Ho soggiornato a Villa Pigalle per ca.3 settimane,il personale disponibile professionale e attento,pulizia Impeccabile i proprietari Stefania e Paolo …..siamo diventati praticamente AMICI!!!!… Per non parlare della Piscina!
