This hotel is not exactly smack in the middle of Cha-am nor Hua Hin. However, it is a true retreat by itself. Like an oasis that pops in the middle of the rural landscape just north of Cha-am, the weekend here was a bustle of activities. Very popular with families with kids. Breakfast and dinner, we had them in their main restaurant called White Oven. It was really an oven, the air-conditioning needs some work. Otherwise it was pleasing to sit outdoors in the light morning breeze. The breakfast was extensive, a good wide mix of local and western dishes. Moo Ping (pork satays morning version) was superbly tasty and tender. The gravy for Kanom Jin (Thai rice noodle) was of a good rich density. There was also ice cream served in the buffet. However, the chicken rice was off, and their Pla Tong Kor (dough fritters) was a failure in texture and in taste. For the two mornings I had them, I do not know if it was just me, they had a strong hint of something medical. The room we had was So Family that has two bunk beds tucked into the side behind the master bed. The room was a whopping 60 square meters and was intensely decorated.
