Good hotel, good service but slightly too crowded on weekend

This is not a holiday for anyone who is not capable of walking. All of the rooms involve needing to go upstairs or walk for a while and there's not very even-footing available for those that can't walk very far. Even just to get into the lobby or into the restaurant you need to be able to walk upstairs a lot. When you first arrive they do give you a quick rundown of all of the facilities available and they supply a map. Then someone will escort you to your room via golf cart. The front desk staff are very informative and helpful. The staff in the restaurant are very quick but not particularly informative. The first time you walk in nobody explained how the buffet works. You should approach the staff and give them your punch card before you get food. The masseuse was excellent. This part of the resort actually has quite a few restaurants and shops and a pharmacy in the area which is different to a lot of the hotels in Khao lak, so that actually makes it much better than some other places where you would have to get a taxi into the town centre to see anything. The beach is beautiful and perfect for people that like to see little creatures as there are plenty of crabs around.

The staffs are nice and helpful. Best customer service here. The hotel is not an idea who want to surf but here have a surf machine ( pay extra) Massage with Pa'Tammm is the best. Many things need to mantain of hotel wants to keep customer who come with family such as the slide at the kid pool, fitness room and kid club. The restaurant less food option and don't order pizza here it is very disappointed :(. The room is good and comfortable.

Great hotel situated on a beautiful beach with great views from the pool. Good selections at breakfast. Great hotel for kids, good kids pool and kids club.

Room and the view sooooo worthy to pay

The rooms are spacious, the atmosphere around the hotel is beautiful, and the accommodation is right on the beach.

The room is exactly as advertised. The staff is lovely and they even changed the deluxe room to a family room. The hotel is also near the waterfall, the raft house, and the entertainment area. It's great, complete, and everything is in one place. Wow! I forgot to take a picture of the room, but everything is exactly as advertised.

The room is spacious, the location is very good, next to the sea, private beach, swimming pool next to the beach. On the first day, there were many choices for breakfast, but on the second day, the breakfast was not very good. The staff was friendly and the service was good. Booked for 2 nights, asked for 1 single bed, got 2 twin beds, this was not good.

The room is big and clean, and the children's facilities are very good. The children don't want to go back after going there. The restaurant is right by the sea, very rich and fresh, and the key point is the cost-effectiveness, it's too cheap 😃

We traveled with two kids as a family and booked 3 rooms. This may be the most unfriendly hotel we have encountered when traveling with kids. 1⃣️The hair dryer in one room was broken, and the hair dryer in another room could only be turned on and not off unless there was a power outage; 2⃣️We had a storm during breakfast. Although the waiter pulled down the rain curtain in time, no table was not affected. The fruits on the table were covered with small flies and bees. A bee fell for every glass of orange juice, so we couldn't have a good meal. So we wanted to take 2 breads away for the kids, but the waiter told us that we could only eat them while sitting, and we had to pay 500 baht to take them away; 3⃣️Regarding the door lock, there is no double chain lock. Children with kids must pay attention. Kids can unlock the door and go out by themselves! ! 4⃣️Regarding the water park in the swimming pool, it should be considered an adult pool. The place where the slide comes down is 1.5m deep. Children need to be careful because there is a fault. 5⃣️It feels like the hotel is surrounded by Burmese and Indian people. I can't find a stall to drink Thai milk. There are many restaurants, the prices are not expensive, and you can get to the main road in a few minutes.
