It’s a very comfortable place to stay, room size is big and it feels new. All good.

So I come here for business travel will have a office here, the location is a little bit far from the center but the service is good. They have free laundry pick up, but it’ll be noisy at night. It seems a lot of activities or events in night and there’s karaoke.

The staff was welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff did a great job each day. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee provided daily. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities. I particularly enjoyed The breakfast buffet was fresh and had a good variety of options. Overall, I’d definitely recommend for couples or families looking for a Good hotel in Thai Nguyen City.

The hotel has good services & food in Restaurant; the room is kind of old especially the bathrooms

I was satisfied with everything but the man chef. When I had the breakfast at the restaurant, I was so excited about the beef pho. But when I asked him if I could have the beef pho, he said no. It was ok, I chose the chicken pho. But the ****, after few minutes, I got back again and the nice woman chef serviced me. She said “ Do you want to try the beef pho ? “. I was so confused, but it was not the end, the *********** came by and said to the woman chef : “ just give a little “. What the **** do you mean ? I paid for the whole service at the hotel. I gave you an opportunity to do your work. When you just are an employee, don’t think you are the boss.

It was an amazing location for couples. The room is really clean.

The location is great, but the hotel is a bit old.

If you want to maintain a good mood, try to avoid interacting with the hotel staff; everyone there seems to be living a miserable life. The hotel is large, but the rooms are terrible, and I even saw cockroaches in the bathroom.

The room was extremely dirty, the air conditioning wasn't working, and the hotel frequently experienced power outages.

The bed sheets and pillowcases were damp and dirty, as if they were hastily changed for the guest.

The room was clean and spacious, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was good.
