Cigad Hotel

Excellent hotel with excellent Room and location located at the Uttam beach with excellent sea view,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Manager by Suraj ,he makes our stay more interesting with his advices & tips about the places , and also helped in direction of Hotel, Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again to Mr Suraj for giving best hospitality services and really will visit again this property....

Such a pathetic experience..the male staff sitting on reception doesn't have the audacity to speak to the customers..as if he is giving the rooms to stay for free. 0 ratings highly suggesting not to visit this resort. Poor staff,poor service,poor etiquette everything is just a big zerooo.

This is the pathetic hotel, ac not working, no water supply, reminder to reception for room service 4m ur mobile, no telecom it was more like we r here for customer service & security guard job.... Bcz evtime sum1 or other person was coming in room to check the ac..... For ac not working giving 5 reminders they managed to call technican n after reparing wen we r hvng our dinner n again stopped at 11 30 pm, called reception no off went downside no1 was there..... Came back to our room & room was locked 4m outside as lock jamed n no hotel staff was there in hotel, mobile switched off.... N hotel was actually locked from outside.... we were 2 girls only n we don't know who is staying in hotel from whom we can ask 4 help....... Not safe for girls atleast.... Totally dissatisfied n room cost is 2000 per night... Fully wastage... disgusting... It's a "BIG NO"🙏 Stay sumwh else but not this hotel guys... This is on 15/Oct/2021.

A good getaway from the city…quiet n peaceful place to spend some time. TV was not working Food was good however quality can improve. I think u can enjoy more with friends during night outs. Should try this place once
