Stay was good. I stayed in centre point nagpur. And the stay in mumbai was as good as nagpur. Food is also great.

Awesome staff and very helpful and understanding, they are always there for you. Was stuck and asked them to manage my family and kids they were there to help.

Center point navi mumbai is at a good location and the staff was good. Breakfast was a decent spread. Room was spacious and comfortable

There were multiple issues (1) the first room we were given had terrible stains on the bed. We got shifted (2) the second room had an intense cigarette smell when we wanted a non-smoking room. We got shifted (3) third room had a clogged washing area.

I had a very bad experience. My shirt was torn when i received from laundry, management only mentioned "we are sorry, we have complained about the issue to the vendor. If we want to escalate the issue, we get to talk to some house keeping person. Hot water not available between 7pm - 6. 30am. Morning breakfast is just average. Cleaning of rooms is also average. The person at the front desk(mostly during the night) is absolutely unhelpful. He will keep saying "i will talk to my senior and let you know. 25% of the staff are helpful, the rest are all taking guests for granted. Days of stay : 15+
