The room was cleaned, but I booked twin bed and when I arrived it was double, it was disappointed but the next day the hotel has changed as my original booking

Ibis was really warm and welcoming from the beginning. We came early so they gave us an early check-in and today we are checking out late at no extra cost. The hotels are like the international branches I have been to and they are truly best in class and clean. Must-try: Their breakfast buffet.

The food and the staff was so good the taste of food was so nice and tasty staff was so polite and gentle with all of us live the service staff was soo polite and caring for all the guest especially rohit help us a lot with our event and with the food in restaurant and all

It was an amazing experience. Love to stay one more time. Welcome everyone to try this hotel. And the food was equal good with rich variety. And the offers in drinks are cool when it specially comes to IPL offers. Must visit place and am sure you will recommend it to your friends and family

Thank you ibis navi mumbai for making my stay comfortable!! Really enjoyed my time at ibis, We enjoyed our meal at the restaurant, staff was very polite and had positive attitude towards us! I would like to mention chef Shubham for making cheese omlet for us! The serving staff specially Harsh, rohit and abdul were very helpful and polite, Thank you ibis for making our stay comfortable
