Room service is not up to the level, room boy tried to show card machine not working and asked for cash, he never come back with change, stay is good, rooms are spacious and comfortable

The staff is very unprofessional. The hotel is crowded all the time and very noisy throughout the night. The quality of breakfast is very poor.
