I booked a room with 3 occupants and paid the right amount on booking. Since we were friends and none of us were related, we were asked to book another room for the third person. Where is this mentioned in the policy on mm t or the hotel. I had to spend 2000 more or walk away.

As soon as you enter the hotel the first thing the ***ager says is you need to come down to the reception desk to get the food we would order. Here on it was all downhill, wifi was pethetic, ac was leaking. Charging extra for a bottle of water. When informed about the same to the ***ager, he just dodged it.

At night we entered the hotel at half past eleven, the receptionist confronted the whole family, and then gave the key, everyone was in a sleepy mood and that brother clashed with our family. Very bad experience, gidc area and pollution near hotel, nd bad smell in hotel.

The stay was lovely! The bathtub suite at this price was a steal deal! The food was great and the room was spacious and elegant! the best part was the hot tub which made the stay very relaxing.

After 12 am light was continuously cut down in every 30 min. Can't sleep properly, staff was good no lift in the hotel. Restaurant closing time is 10:30
