Visited the place with my family for a stay, reception guys were very polite n gave a free upgrade also. There ***ager Jitesh and Naresh were a great help. Even Dipija from reception helped my wife with her dress... as we had to go for an event in mumbai

Rooms on third floor. Are good . Will suggest 3rd floor rooms only. Reception people are very gentle and helpful. Kaushal , Jitesh, apoorv were very good at there jobs and in assisting. They made sure we had a great stay and what ever we requested they made sure it was taken care off

The stay at The Park was Fantastic! Right from Check-in Mr. Naresh & Ms.Dipika who guided us about the hotel premises and the happy hours going on and very much appreciated the complimentary Room Upgrade. Overall stay at the Park has Been good!

Another stay in this hotel. Can see the difference since post lockdown. The staffs are polite and helpful. Credits to Kaushal for quick check-in and Ashok for giving best price for electric vehicle local run. Would recommend this hotel to close ones.

We went to the restaurant named West1 located within the hotel. It's a decent place to hang out with friends and family. Food was good and the ambience was decent. Staffs are very courteous. We enjoyed the starter and the chaat corner as compared to the main course. Lot of options available for vegetarian folks. The cons are it doesn't make you feel like a 4 star hotel but rather like a 3 star hotel. They don't have valet service and lastly they only have 1 baby chair.

Rushikesh and Umer provided an unparalleled dining experience during our buffet dinner. Their service was exceptional, with attention to detail evident in every aspect. From the presentation of the food to their attentive hosting, they ensured that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. The food itself was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. Overall, their unmatched service truly elevated the evening, making it a memorable dining experience.

Nice ambience with good service . Tasty food . Non veg - veg was good. Sameer have good service and very polite and good gesture towards customers. Staff is polite and supportive. Guide customers wherever needed. We enjoyed here in this restaurant

Stay was comfortable, stay was nice and had a healthy environment. Staff was also polite. Mr. Kaushal and Mr. Jitesh were the ones I talked about regarding the stay and they helped a lot when we got here. This place was easily accessible for us from Mumbai-Satara highway so getting here was also not a big issue

The hotel is located in very quite and nice place. Although I visited Mumbai for the first but this hotel felt like home All the staff and service was very nice specially at the time of checking in staff at reception was very helpful ms. Deepika, she welcomed with a very warm smile and also given complimentary upgrade Thank you!!! Will definitely visit again
