The hotel staff provides very good service. When I was checking in at the front desk, a bellhop offered me a bottle of water. The next day after checking in, I had difficulty in tuning the TV, after I enquired on the phone, in no time someone was at the door to help me . The waiters are very acquiescent and courteous. When I had breakfast, which was included, they asked if I would like it in my room, to which I answered no. I had an apple, which I couldn't cut with the restaurant knife, the waiter said, ”Let me help you.” He then took the apple to the kitchen & returned with a plate of apple slices for me. The hotel is new, but signs of wears & tears are showing. However, it doesn't dampen my experience there, for the ambience is warm & cosy. When I am tired, I can really relax in my room without venturing outside. On the wall where the kettle is used, there is some mould; sink in the bathroom is cracked; the handle of the shower can be detached; ceiling of bathroom looks improperly assembled. Attached are photos of the areas that need maintenance, but I don't mind for the quality of service more than make up for it.

My package was breakfast & lunch / or dinner. On 07. 08. 24 i took lunch but did not take dinner. I was intimates evening same day. And front desk was agreed. But during check out on 08. 08. 24 at 5:10am, they charged the lunch bill. I paid the same. It should be no charge on my request.

Room cleaning is the best in these hotel, My room number is 501, I stays here for a week, every day is the best for me, Mayur from housekeeping plays a good role, he truly an important asset to the company. Had a pleasant stay at staycation. Good for a business travel. The sheets were clean, hot water, ac all worked. The tata sky subscription had expired, but i don't watch tv. And oh, there were a few mosquitos. Maybe a seasonal thing. Good part is that this is a stone throw away from rupa renaissance. The surrounding of the hotel is unkempt. Wish they did something about it. Looks like a rundown place because of the lack of maintenance. Not much to complain for the price.

location is excellent.. rooms also good. Food: snack items are good, but lunch and dinner items are not all that good. DJ good.Housekeeping service also not good... When requested for room cleanup after having food n drinks...housekeeping says the staff left at 8pm!! it took many requests even to get Bisleri water at night.....restaurant closed was the reply.. You pay only for the scenic location.
