The previous employees have basically been replaced, and the current employees have no service consciousness at all. All of them are uncles, and they look like they can't live in love. On the first day of check-in, I showed them Ctrip's check-in code, and they insisted that they didn't see the order to see the record of my successful transfer. Not professional at all! The next day outside the room was a continuous line of large trucks on the national highway, and the windows were broken and not closed tightly. I asked the front desk to change my room, and the front desk sent someone to come and take a look and say that the windows are normal and can be closed. It's just that the room is noisy after closing it. Then the front desk told me that your windows are normal and we can't change your room. After the window is closed, there is still a gap for a finger. How can I sleep when the heavy truck is constantly passing outside? And during the epidemic, only a few people stayed in the entire hotel, and there were no other rooms, and I didn't move anything in the room, why can't I change it? Isn't this the hotel's responsibility? It's better that they agree to change after Ctrip intervenes, but they don't give me the key to the new room. 酒店環境好 早餐豐富 衞生好，服務好

good 조식도 좋고 청결도도 좋고 가격도 만족합니다 뷰도 좋았고요 옆에 대형마트도 있어서 간단한것을 구매해서 호텔서 먹기도 좋았고 롯데리아도 있습니다

地點較偏，晚上酒店內的餐廳都沒有開。第一天晚上叫room service 叫餐，房內沒有menu, 電話叫只有越南粉可叫，叫燙粉來了炒粉，無奈要吃

房間很乾也很安靜，不噪雜，不影響休息，設施也算新而且早餐也有很多菜式可供選擇，酒店價格也算非常公允。
