The hotel was mid. The room is ok but the reception was not that great for a 4 star hotel. Simple things like toothbrush was not prepared to the number of visitors. We book the suite for 4 pax but there was only 2 pairs of toothbrush provided. Additionally, when we requested for more bottled waters in the room upon finishing the ones provided in the room. We were asked to pay extra and could only be given 2 extra for a 4 pax family suite rooms. All this incidents might feel small and insignificant, but it’s customer service. For a 4 star hotel, the service is sub par. The cleaners were really nice.

Spacious, clean room, next to the main road, overall convenient travel. The service staff is ok before the check time. You can leave your bag first. Breakfast is good, Thai food tastes delicious. Western food has fried bacon, chicken sausage, pork and German sausage, fried eggs. Salad has bacon and croutons, cheese, ham. There are 3-4 types of salad dressing to choose from, good taste. The bakery bread for breakfast is also good with a lot to choose from. The upper floor has a swimming pool. You can see the view of Ayutthaya almost around the building from the 16th floor. The view is very good.
Quite a lot of foreigners stay. The restaurant was a bit crowded but the food was constantly replenished. The disadvantages are the narrow entrance and limited parking, especially compared to the number of rooms.
