The Location: The Location is good, many packing spaces are available. Driving to Coles approx. 3mins, to the Entrance Ocean Baths Approx. 4 mins.
Cleanliness: a place that is very clean and tidy, except the electric kettle is dirty, we asked for replacement and they provide the new one for us.
Service: The service was very good and the staff were extremely polite
Facilities: The solution provided is good enough for our current needs.
Upon check-in, you will receive a temporary membership to the Diggers Club, allowing you to dine there with a discount.

Always been amazing staff that are welcoming and truly friendly .
The gentleman that checked us in was amazing for someone that was only just learning. A positive experience even if we slept in 20 minutes past check in I have no faults at all . Tracey Winner

The general experience was positive, a small room like what you expect from IBIS, and it was clean and nicely designed.
The staff weren't really helpful as they rejected my request to change room to a better view and they did it very roughly without any empathy. Though I meant to stay there only one night and the hotel has more than 50 rooms! and I am sure it wasn't fully occupied!
They charged me $230 for one night WITHOUT Breakfast! and the TV was meant to fit with casting from my mobile phone which didn't work either! I do not recommend the place!

We found the 'ibis styles' at The Entrance' NSW had great accessible rooms. Our hoist and shower chair and husband's wheelchair had enough space to launch him. The beds were on rollers as was the single bed. The hotel people told us we could move anything we needed to move (I easily moved both beds).The bathroom sink was high enough for my husband to stay in his wheelchair and get his knees under it to clean his teeth. The toilet took our shower chair . There were an adequate #bars on the walls but, there wasn't a toilet surround to assist getting off the loo. But, i'm sure management could accommodate this , if needed. The shower was in the same room with no hobs, lips or other obstacles and plenty of room. The room itself didn't have a microwave but, access via an inside walkway to the Diggers Club next door gave residents access to breakfast (in house or takeaway) Each floor (6or 7) had an accessible room but every bed may not fit a hoist under it. However, staff happy to change your room or bring in a bed that will be high enough for hoist to go under it. This Ibis Brand was NOT your usual small Ibis box room. Staff were very obliging and keen to assist if they could.

Classic chain hotel. Reception staff very good, no issues there.
Location not really a tourist destination. Hotel was clean and very functional.
No major complaints but maybe a bit overpriced for what it delivers.

A pleasent surprise. Rooms comfortable, location great, great service and helpful staff. Our NFP Charity stayed there and used the Diggers Club next door via the hall attached for our Mothers Retreat. We were all very comfortable and it was just easy!! The staff were so friendly and happy to help with anything.
