The room is very old, the experience is extremely bad, the furniture is broken, dirty and old. The location of the hotel is very good, the scenery is good, there is a heated swimming pool, and it is next to the beach. The hotel does not have a self-operated restaurant to provide breakfast. There are restaurants, parent-child playgrounds, etc. downstairs. A disappointing experience, if the hotel is not renovated, it should not come again.

Friendly reception staff who graciously upgraded our room as they were not able to meet our requirements at time of booking accommodation. Plus received a lovely bottle of wine!! 😊. Room (Loft) had a fantastic ocean view - spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed (slept peacefully). Easy walking distance to cafes/restaurants. Shared this experience with my mum and we both agreed would happily come back again.

Second stay at the oaks. This room was channel/ocean side on the 4th floor. Views and the location are very hard to beat, maybe the best on the central coast. Reception was great and very helpful. Room was tidy. Wifi really didn't work and the building & rooms are just showing age from wear and tear. Overall I got a good price so was very much worth it and a good stay.

Fantastic view. The suite was really comfortable with king bed, couch & eating area. Kitchenette with microwave & hot plates. Well stocked with plates, cutlery, toaster etc. Easy walk to everything. Secure parking extra $20 per night but council parking next door. Bathroom/laundry was tired but clean.

Great shower pressure in 1980s retro feeling apartment. Unfortunate that our view was a dirty rooftop of the shop and living beside us. Bedroom area was good.loged the sliding doors.
Check in was a lengthy process only one person on front desk and 4 people waiting.
Parked in council cark park as Oaks carpark was additional $20. The stay was comfortable.
