The room is very old, the experience is extremely bad, the furniture is broken, dirty and old. The location of the hotel is very good, the scenery is good, there is a heated swimming pool, and it is next to the beach. The hotel does not have a self-operated restaurant to provide breakfast. There are restaurants, parent-child playgrounds, etc. downstairs. A disappointing experience, if the hotel is not renovated, it should not come again.

Great shower pressure in 1980s retro feeling apar**ent. Unfortunate that our view was a dirty rooftop of the shop and living beside us. Bedroom area was good.loged the sliding doors.
Check in was a lengthy process only one person on front desk and 4 people waiting.
Parked in council cark park as Oaks carpark was additional $20. The stay was comfortable.

Great location & the view from ocean view room was excellent. Rooms could natbe do with an update, but not too bad for the price.
