warm service and clean room.
The staffs are very sincere and helpful. The decent interior for bathroom with warmer in the floor.
Very convenient to enjoy stunning Seaview with walking distance (a few steps) to decent frech and Italian restaurants.
Have got refreshed after my stay here!

Stayed here for 2 nights to visit family in the area. Fabulous hotel/Bistro. Never been to the Mumbles before but well worth a visit. Wonderful part of UK and so pretty .Hotel was spotless and so well maintained and cared for. The service throughout was excellent .The breakfasts in the morning were so good and plenty to choose from .Very good quality and large portions. Room was perfect and clean and had a balcony .Stunning views from the front of the hotel .Overall ,a little Gem of a hotel. Yes ,would return to this hotel. Many thanks to Steve and all the staff that were so good at looking after us.

The property was charming with a water view. The bathroom had nice features and the room was well planned and the beds were very comfortable. The little sitting area outside was an unexpected bonus.
My daughter and I enjoyed the convenience of walking downstairs to the restaurant that offered excellent meal and food selections.
The manager Steve and other staff were welcoming and accommodating.

A really comfortable night stay hotel staff excellent and friendly room really clean, tidy and comfy bed would definitely recommend a stay. Made very special as daughters 21st birthday so a complimentary drink on the roof terrace overlooking the bay was a really nice touch. Thank you

Very welcoming and went out of their way to help me with my bike. Fabulous room extremely comfortable - loved fresh milk and water left in fridge for you really thoughtful! Great food and service would definitely highly recommend and will be back!

Great experience and a real gem in Mumbles. Very nice room with high end mattress, pillows and decor. Nice touches with fridge, fresh milk and Nespresso machine. Beachside views were wonderful. Enjoyed the evening meal and the breakfast was superb. Added to that staff were super friendly and helpful

I was in room 5 which had a part sea view and is over an alley way from the sea front to the high street. With people coming and going till the early hour's plus the noise of the guttering dripping all night. Great location, lovely room.

Not the best view from 1st floor but a lovely clean and well appointed room.
