This is a lovely well located hotel. Staff was fabulous. It is difficult to find in the city, some transportation could only drop us off on the strret before the lane. Carpet in room needs love (cleaning or replacing)

This hotel was very disappointing. The toilet ran all night, the blinds would not work and the fire alarm went off at 6.50am and we had to evacuate the hotel (false alarm). I would not stay here again!

The hotel staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and considerate.
The room was comfortable and luxurious with a wonderful bath.
The hotel was in a great location to access Circular Quay and city centre.

The Staff & the facilities were great. However, coming by car from the country we found the signage to the Hotel too small & inadequate. It was difficult to find in the laneway & then unpack your luggage, get back in your car then drive to a parking station two blocks up in Pitt St. Staff did give directions over the phone but it was not detailed enough & even Google Maps was not accurate. However, this was a small inconvenience initially & the location of the Hotel was excellent for us to visit the Opera House, Art Galleries, Museums & Theatre. The staff were very friendly & made our stay very comfortable.
