Car park lighting still very poor - we have stayed here several times in recent years and numerous damaged light columns still not repaired. Normally a quite and peaceful stay but rudely awoken at 5am on second day of our recent stay by very noisy residents slamming doors and shouting for about 45mins. Did not appear to be any intervention by night-duty staff.
Standards slipping but otherwise fine.

We had a great stay here! The bed is huge, the shower is really nice and the room and facilities are clean and well designed. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a good example of a holiday inn. Staff are helpful and seem to be trying hard. Rooms are clean but pretty average in terms of level of creature comforts but at least have wardrobe, decent bed, temperature control and importantly are reasonable spacious so you don’t feel claustrophobic. Breakfast was good. Gym, pool and sauna etc pretty reasonable. Would stay again as not much better in the area and preferred this to

Did not stay so this is based on food experience alone ! Very expensive prices for what it was and what was offered (double figures for sandwiches for example). Friendly service and the hotel itself seemed fab for staying in though - can’t knock it for that!

Excellent hotel and a great level of service. I always stay here. The food is good And the staff are friendly and professional as well. I was treated with kindness when I had a fall (not at the hotel; I fell at Sainsbury’s car park. Anyway I spoke to the hotel staff and they applied first aid to my cuts and grazes. Excellent approach.

Excellent hotel for short stays, we were visiting family, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. Tasty and generous portions food options, catering to all tastes. Value for money.
