Very convenient to the part of the villages we were visiting. Staff was very accommodating to several changes we had to make in our stay-- extending and then shortening.

We stayed here while visiting my mom in The Villages and it's really quite nice. Super close to my moms house, so very convenient. We stay in a lot of Hampton Inns, and this one is VERY NICE. The room is clean and has comfy beds, pillows and comforter. Plenty of parking. We didn't partake in the breakfast because of a dairy allergy + picky eater, but it looked good for half of us. 😆 Will definitely stay here again when visiting.

Our room had bed bugs. When I asked to switch rooms the person behind the desk at first wanted to move us to an empty room right next to our old one, which is not what you should do in the case of bed bugs (you should move someone to a room far away). The person also downplayed bed bugs as a problem and never apologized on behalf of the hotel. Another person behind the desk the next morning didn't apologize either. And when I left they still charged me for peanuts.
