Friendly and professional staff . Great location near Spanish Springs plaza. Restaurants and wonderful nightly live bands. Near a main road for shopping and more restaurants. Comfortable beds and well maintained facilities.Plenty of parking available nearby for visitors.

Very nice place. Great breakfast

The property was old and dated. cloth furniture dirty and worn. one USB PORT. Had room near elevator lots of racket noise from the elevator going up and down especially in the morning when lots of people going to breakfast starting at 6:30 am. woke us ep every day for 3 day stay. The breakfast was sub part, cold and not much of a selection. The breakfast room was too small and very crowded for property of this size. Overall, would not recommend this property not what you would expect from the Marriotts chain.

A nice hotel with clean rooms. My only complaint is the landscaping out front. This hotel is in an area with immaculate landscaping, but the front of this place is horrible, with the weeds overtaking the plants. Very unusual for a Marriott. Maybe the manager should walk out the front door once in a while. Otherwise, nice place in a GREAT location.

Very unhappy with room service and in room amenities. We checked in Thursday mid afternoon (4:30ish). Told on arrival our room would be scheduled for cleaning and maintenance on Saturday. Saturday afternoon 4:30. Pm room still had not been serviced with clean linens. When I questioned the personnel in the room across from us he informed us he would be back in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he tells us our room is not scheduled until tomorrow...the day before we check out. ???? I don't argue and request clean linens at the very least. Well today still no room service. We leave in the morning. We also did not have the very basic frying pan in our room which was a kitchenette king suite . Why charge extra for service if you aren't going to deliver. I am glad we didn't join the Marriott loyalty program...that would have been additional money wasted. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY PAID.

Walking distance to town square and worship houses

Average accommodation, cleaned only once in 6 days. Had to go to front desk for clean towels.

Always clean staff is great very friendly all the convenience of home Timothy and his staff are very friendly and customer oriented go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of the customer would recommend this place to anyone to enjoy that area
