I wish I could turn back time and select a different accommodation. The Marriott corporation should distance itself from this place - yesterday!! So disappointed! I don’t think they’ve invested in this property since the 1960’s. Literally from floor to ceiling this place needs a makeover.

Other than requiring a “refresh” in appearance, the hotel was absolutely great with a great location, very nice staff, comfortable beds, has all needed amenities including free parking. I’ve been to many upscale hotels that look great but fail to meet many other basic needs. If hotel ownership would invest in some refurbishment, this place could be a 5 star on TripAdvisor.

We stayed here for 1 night. Hotel is located on a quiet street by the Villages. Parking was easy, as was check in. Room was decent size with a large table and comfortable chair. Clean and comfortable. Nice shower, decent breakfast. Would stay here again.

The room was fine and the small kitchen was clean. The bed was a little hard but comfortable. The cost was a factor to us and that is why we picked TownePlace Suites.
The room was worth the cost and was near enough to the family we came to visit.

The breakfast was not good. Creamers were curdled, coffee weak, orange juice was basically water. Probably just a bad day!

The breakfast had many choices. Area was clean and well maintained.. Staff friendly and efficient. Room clean and very spacious. Pool and hot tub very nice and relaxing vibe. Jets didn't really work well in hot tub but temp. Was super. Pool larger also and temp. Nice.

Plumbing needs to be looked at. The tub felt slippery. The room floor was not level. It was ok, but I think it needs updating.
