This is a good location as it's a couple of minutes walk to Spanish Springs Town Square which is why I chose it. In Spanish Springs there was supermarkets, and you can rent a golf cart cheaply. There is plenty of parking for cars and carts. I love that you have a kitchenette and basic kitchenware to cook with, it saves so much money. The room was clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly and there is a small store for items like drinks, snacks and hygiene products. There were however, a few issues with the room. The sheet on the bed had a large moldy patch, I think it was a stain rather than live mold, but still not pleasant. I didn't complain as I'd get room service in 2 days and I just avoided the patch, but unfortunately the sheet wasn't changed. That was on me, I should have complained. I found the bath towel in the toilet so, someone obviously didn't check the room. Also I was given a room right by reception and I was woken up multiple times every night due to the noise from people coming and going. I will know to ask for another room in future. I was surprised there wasn't a room to store left luggage for a few hours after checking out. My luggage was just left in a small space behind the receptionist in full view of everyone. Apart from this the hotel was nice enough and I'll stay again in future, mainly due to the location.
