Average accommodation, cleaned only once in 6 days. Had to go to front desk for clean towels.

Always clean staff is great very friendly all the convenience of home Timothy and his staff are very friendly and customer oriented go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of the customer would recommend this place to anyone to enjoy that area

Room was in serious need of upgrade... Sink and shower did not drain while in use. Microwave was rusty. Who knows what else we couldn't see. We checked out after one night.

Clean hotel with nice amenities. friendly staff and just a stroll away from the live concerts in the Towne Square.

Walk to square and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. The staff was friendly 24 hours a day!

Room was very dated. Our closet was painted a weird blue and somehow opened into the bathroom closet, strange ?. Had a stain on bed and also on the kitchenettes counter top. Multiple fixtures did not match to the replacement. Definitely not up to Marriott standards.

Outdated; teeny tiny bathrooms. Kitchenette floor was sticky. And while I've become accustomed to having less housekeeping services I am NOT accustomed to having virtually NO housekeeping services. According to the front desk it is "policy" that for a three night stay the only service I got was my bed made and a couple of my towels replaced every other day. No cleaning of my coffee cups, no replacement of the coffee service, no wipe downs of the fixtures. Honestly for the 1 - 2 minutes it must have taken housekeeping (the bed wasn't even made properly) I figure they must have exactly one housekeeper in the entire place. Would never stay there again. Shame on Marriott.
