The service was great. The beds were awesome. It’s a grand hotel with an old fashioned style that could be considered outdated. The lighting in the bathroom was dim, the lamps in the room were huge, taking up the entire tables they sat on. Wallpaper with giant pineapples must be a period treatment. But it wasn’t elegant. It really was a nice stay, but not outstanding.

First time visit to Waterfront & The Villages. Hotel is extremely convenient to Villages. We enjoyed the hotel, clean, friendly staff, wonderful views from our balcony room overlooking the lake with view of village town square area. We did not use pool or eat in the restaurant while there. There are many places to eat nearby and we had friends who live in The Villages showing us around the area. Room was very clean & quiet, comfy beds, FABULOUS double showerhead, in room A/C is a bit noisy as typical if not central air. Internet was fine. Plenty of parking, nice pathway by lake to take a stroll. We will certainly look st stay again next time we visit The Villages!!
