The hotel is located in the suburbs of Perth, but it is very convenient if you have a car. The parking lot downstairs is basically sufficient and the surrounding area is fully equipped. The hotel is an apartment-style hotel, suitable for cooking and eating. There is a free trial of the laundry room. The overall feeling is just over 4 stars.

Not the best area but as soon as you go into Quest Midland it’s very professional and clean. The apartment we stayed in had everything you need in the kitchen and was also very clean too. They allow dogs, which is great for us as we can’t leave our dog at home. We were out early both days and didn’t come back until night - great stay!

The property is very well located to the Bus station ( for me ) and to the Midland shopping centre.
However I found a long black hair on the cushion on the bed and I thought that the cushion cover needed washing It looked like it had stains on it.
But overall I had a good stay, I wished I had the time to use all the facilities onsite. Free washing machine / dryer and the pool.

Walking distance to shopping centre. Plenty of restaurants to choose from just around the corner for dinner or just takeaway coffee. Quiet and safe area.

No close parking available. Rooms need a lot of maintenance and tiling in accessible bathroom is inadequate due to water flooding in the vicinity. Antisocial behaviour observed throughout the night, guys screaming and swearing outside rooms. If you have other family staying you can’t access other levels with your keycard if there on separate floors. No coffee machine, just a kettle with instant sachets.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay in our clean comfortable room with full kitchen and comfortable king size bed.
