Petit hôtel propre, vraiment pas cher, situé dans la zone marchande sud de Vannes bien insonorisé, personnel à l'écoute, chambre petite, propre. Petit déjeuner complet: sucré, salé, fruits... Repas du soir en demi-pension copieux, bon, 3 plats avec 2 choix pour chacun. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

The B&B hotel in vannes is a typical budget hotel. The rooms are comfortable, modern and clean. There is plenty of parking available and they close the parking at night which feels safe. Unfortunately the hotel is not in a quiet area. There is a busy road nearby and across of the hotel there is a metro whole sale store. The alarm of the store went of at night. Obviously this is not the fault of the hotel but it went on for hours and it was annoying. From 5 am on weekdays big trucks arrive to deliver goods. Many of the truck drivers leave their engines running so it’s noisy. To keep the noise out I closed the window and switched on the airconditioning. The a/c didn’t cool down or worked properly so it became very hot and stuffy in the room. Not a good night sleep. If you get allocated to a room NOT facing the wholesale store I think the hotel is ok for an overnight stay.

But I am tomorrow morning at the PDJ to make a settlement . This is not the procedure . OK therefore no possibility of paying in vacation cheques while I made a reservation with a flexible rate ( + 8 or 10 € ) just to make my CB not debited . The next day I see the person who welcomed us the evening and I talk to him about my disappointment . ” I am the director .....................................................................” No discussions possible . I will go to another place . Otherwise I recommend the Arvor party .

Hotel in the periphery of Vannes next to the road of circumval. The small room and a small bathroom.Cleaning is possible! The price is cheap, with which you cannot ask for either great luxury or excessive comfort!! It's good to go by Vannes, but to do several nights in a row I see it difficult in my case, as it valued the size of a room. We arrived at 10:30 p.m. and we check-ined on a machine that was outside. There was a person like in the reception who gently served us and I tell us how we should do it.

Very pleasant staff at the reception. All COVID measures very well implemented for the safety of guests. Clean, spacious and comfortable room with a nice little kitchenette that comes extremely handy at this time of COVID when all restaurants are closed. Secure car park at a reasonable price (3EUR). All in all, an easy and very pleasant overnight stay. I would definitely consider staying at Appart' City Confort Vannes again.

We stayed at La Marebaudiere in August 2023 for a couple of nights whilst on a roadtrip down to Bordeaux. The hotel has it's own car park and is conveniently situated within easy walking distance of the main area of Vannes, including all the main tourist sites, restaurants and shops (between 5 and 15 mins to get to most places). The room was clean and tastefully decorated with good facilities, but only had a small velux window. This didn't bother us too much as we were out most of the time. The aircon was a little noisy and needs attention. Breakfast was a selection of hot and cold buffet food and was perfectly adequate for what we needed and there are so many restaurants just a short walk away. Ideal as a stopover if you're visiting Vannes for a couple of days and don't want to be right in the centre of town. Vannes itself is stunning and there is so much to see - would highly recommend!
