Very good hotel. Modern and contemporary architecture. Reception welcoming and friendly Room and bathroom great. Restaurant food has large selection but on the day was limited. Stayed one day would stay there again.

Excellent hotel. Good service. Huge clean bed room and toilet. Good breakfast and dinner spread. Good location - away from congested shopping areas. Strongly recommended

We stayed here for two nights in a Grandeur Cottage. The hotel is located on the highway, not close to anything else; and therefore one needs transport to get to anywhere else (except to the other resort down and across the road) The check-in and check-out was quick and efficient; with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was sufficient - local food, some juices, some cereal, eggs to order, etc. And again with very efficient and helpful restaurant staff The only dinner option available was a buffet, which may not be to everyone's liking (certainly not to ours), and so we decided to walk down the road to the other resort each evening.. (which had great food options). The cottage itself was unusual.. a two level accommodation, with the bedroom upstairs but the bathroom downstairs. The bedroom upstairs had a sloping roof, which meant one of use had to crouch to get into bed. It also had lots of unused / open space. The sitting area downstairs had a sofa and a dining table (?). And the bathroom that was large, but again wasted empty space. No place to hand a towel at the basin, no shelf to place soap and shampoo in the shower, no place at the basin for toiletries, etc. The entire accommodation seemed badly designed, given the amount of space that was wasted. The cottage across the walkway had their outside lights on all night, which shone into our cottage all night. The adjoining cottage (with a common wall to ours) had people coming and going till late evening, and ringing their doorbell; and it seemed like the bell was in our room! The staff were very friendly and helpful, but we would not want to stay in a Grandeur Cottage here ever again. Other rooms may be different / better.

Peaceful stay with beautiful valley views Had a very pleasant stay at Serene Horizon, Thekkady. The property truly lives up to its name with calm surroundings and breathtaking valley views, especially during sunset. Rooms were spacious, neat, and well maintained. The staff were polite, courteous, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding away from the city rush. Food was good and served fresh. Overall, a comfortable and serene stay — would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Thekkady.

Very specious rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant excellent and service provided by the staff is efficient. Choice of food is excellent too. Restaurant caters for Dietary and special food requirements.

The overall experience and stay were absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious, and the unique architecture added a special charm to the place. The staff were extremely kind and humble, making the stay even more memorable. Wishing the team continued success and good luck! 🌿✨
