Het hotel is verouderd.Kamers zijn klein ,en de badkamer zeer klein De ontvangst was vriendelijk. In de buurt weinig te zien. Dat het personeel zo vriendelijk is , maakt het allemaal nog een beetje goed.Het restaurant is niet de klasse van een 5 sterren restaurant.Sorry.

Un lugar muy agradable para pasar unos dias en pareja. Todo resuelto en pequeños espacios y con una distancia de a pie para lugares muy agradables donde comer o caminar con mucha tranquilidad. Lola es una de las personas que mejor califica en mi experiencia en viajes. Ojalá pueda cruzarla de nuevo en algun lugar porque los equipos que lidere pueden ser extraordinarios

Have reservation for 2 rooms 6/16-6/22-- will sell at 50% off. Hi! I have a reservation in a week that I can no longer use because of a medical issue. I called the hotel multiple times and have emailed with them but they are unwilling to give a cancellation. I am desperate and very disappointed in their customer service, but hoping someone else will want to hop on this good deal. Word of warning to anyone else that the customer service is not flexible and very cold, non-caring.

Die Anreise war etwas schwierig, da es etwas abseits liegt und nur ein Bus alle 2 Stunden fährt. Angekommen im Hotel - wurde uns ein Zimmer gezeigt & anschließend ein zweites welches jedoch nur gegen Auspreis verfügbar gewesen wäre. (Es Unterschied sich jedoch nur durch eine etwas größere Terrasse & eine bessere Aussicht, daher verzichteten wir. Insgesamt war das Zimmer 103 aber sehr gut ausgestattet, meiner Freundin war die Matratze jedoch etwas zu hart. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt genug Liegen im Aussenbereich. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Insgesamt hat man den Aufenthalt sehr genießen können.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful seaside resort earlier this month. We were warmly and efficiently greeted by Thierry on arrival. The room overlooking the beautiful blue sea could not have been better. Housekeeping and Room service were efficient and better than expected. The lounge areas by the sea and pool are beautiful and comfortable. While we didn’t use the spa services we did visit and it was also very nice. Two other stand out staff members were: Lola, in the late afternoon/evenings at the front desk - she was always so willing to help and kind. Fabrice at breakfast started each of our days with his warm and attentive service. What a lovely time in Thèoule sur Mer, made more special by such a nice stay.
