Very convenient airport hotel but gets noisy especially if your room is by the pool side.
Rooms and service is also brilliant however, I had initially booked a double room and was given a twin room instead with two very small beds.
Fariza was an absolute star at the reception desk. She was pleasant and friendly.
I needed help with a personal matter and she was able to help me instantly. Huge respect to her.
The restaurant staff were also really nice and welcoming. Menu was beautiful!
When I requested house help for attention, she was there immediately with a big gleaming smile and helped me organise.
Overall, a pleasant stay but hope they avoid getting confused with double and twin rooms in the future !

This is a hidden gem. It is outside and away from the city. Beautiful view, very clean interior, modest delicious buffet breakfast that caters to all tastes. Tastefully decorated & as Jane Austin would say "Happily situated," over a hill overlooking the valley & the city lights in the distance. Amazingly, it is very reasonably priced. Superb customer service. Highly recommend this place. I had only one reason to book it: only 5km from Saint Paisios' resting place (monastery) 🙏 It turned out to be a perfect place in every sense. ❤

Loved staying at this hotel. Very clean room. Breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed staying at the pool. We would stay at this hotel again

Great hotel for a stay close to the airport for early departure or late arrival. Perfect and certainly for the very reasonable price according to the usual regional rates. Excellent breakfast buffet and in the evening they serve some snacks such as hamburgers, etc. Only the drinks were too expensive in relation to the food.

My review is for the pool bar only. Broken plastic glasses. Uneducated little girls who have no idea about service. Food of the lowest quality and raw material the cheapest available. The charges for what is provided are unimaginable. Anyone who has been to good shops and has paid the same, understands that he should not have to pay even 1/3 of what they charge. The chef is fantastic. He greeted us during breakfast and dinner. He accommodated my friend dietary need without blinking an eye. The hotel is very well positioned. We were staying there after a hike from Hastings. The time has stopped in Rye which is the beauty about this area. I would stay here again.
