This hotel is made exceptional by its staff. Asproula, Chris, Nico, Anastasia All fantastic kind amazing people. So sweet and smiley - nothing is too much for them - ice, a sandwich to take away, a coffee as you leave and even a book! This hotel is also special because of its breakfast. The food made by Anastasia is fresh, tasty and really healthy. You guys have nailed it in terms of hospitality Thank you

Επισκέπτομαι το The Modernist Θεσσαλονίκης, τα τελευταία 2 χρόνια για επαγγελματικούς λόγους και κάθε φορά η εμπειρία είναι σαν να επισκέπτεσαι τους φίλους σου στη Θεσσαλονίκη που σε περιμένουν με χαρά και έχεις πάντα το χώρο που σε κάνει να νιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου. Ζεστό και φιλικό περιβάλλον με επαγγελματισμό και φροντίδα από όλους! Πολύ ωραία διαμορφωμένοι χώροι εκμεταλλευόμενοι το κάθε χιλιοστό και πολύ καθαρο και στην καρδιά της πόλης! Αν το επισκεφθείς μια φορά δύσκολο να μην θες να ξαναπάς!

Sehr empfehlenswert für eine Erkundung des interessanten und lebendigen Thessalonikis. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, chic und stilsicher eingerichtet. Am Ende macht es das sicht- und spürbare Modernist - Gesamtkonzept vom Stil des Hauses, dem Merchandising bis hin zum Personal. Frühstück auf der Dachterasse ist Klasse. Die Zimmer sind nicht allzugroß, das Bad recht klein. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt aber absolut ausreichend. Also, kommen gern wieder.

Excellent rapport qualité / prix pour cet hôtel très bien situé à côté de la très belle place Aristote. Les principaux points d'intérêt de la ville sont à maximum 15' à pied de l'hôtel (à l'exception bien sûr d'Ano Polis pour laquelle un peu plus de mollet est nécessaire). Le personnel est très attentionné et très accueillant. Excellent petit déjeuner sur la terrasse en toiture. L'ambiance design (noire et blanche) est très réussie. Seul bémol peut-être: les chambres économiques sont ... économiques mais un peu petites. Salle d'eau très bien conçue.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in in all my years of holiday & business travel. Reception team was perfect. Helpful and always friendly. Lots of local information ( restaurant recommendations, help with table bookings, great suggestions for places to visit). A* breakfast, served with a cheerful attitude on the top floor. Very nice and comfortable bedrooms (some with balcony overlooking a tree-lined street). In a central city position, a short stroll to the main square. Walking distance to the best restaurants. As a family, we all enjoyed this hotel and would always stay here when in Thessalonica. 100% recommend.
