The worst ***ager called Mr Peter has the bad approach towards the clients, i asked about the room availability, the attitude was so bad and simply told me go and check online, Tried charging 4k whereas real price was 3k Too cold & poor service

We stopped at this hotel because there were no places in others, there was a holiday in the city and therefore ***y pilgrims came. The room was not ready and had to wait a long time. The hotel on the first floor is being renovated, the restaurant is closed. We only needed the room for an overnight stay. There is no kettle in the room, the window sills are covered with dust, hair is lying on the floor, the linen gives the impression that they do not change, the sheet was burnt. The hotel left a depressing impression.
